Viewing the Party Hall

If you would like to see the Party hall you can visit us anytime between our regular business hours. We are open Tuesday thru Sunday 12pm till 10pm, please use the entrance at 63-34 Woodhaven blvd. However, if you want to meet with the event manager while you are there that can be arranged by requesting an appointment by email at info@woodhavenpartyhall.com. Generally we answer with in 24 hours with the best contact phone number for the manager.

** Please note event manager is not available Mondays or Tuesdays for appointments.

Room Rental Package

This package provides you with the party hall room and is ideal if you’re looking to bring your own food. If you rent the room you don’t have to cater from us, but if you’d like you can order food from us as we have a full kitchen. Room rental info is below.

Package Includes:

    • 4 hours party time plus 1 hour decoration time prior to event.

    • Banquet Tables for your food
    • Private Bathroom w/Toiletries
    • Seats and tables for up to 60 guests (Room fits 75)
    • Chaffing dishes
    • Up lighting
    • Speaker System
    • Hostess (Cleans the room, helps customer with replenishing toilettes, stocking ice, etc. )
    • Wheelchair bathroom is also available. Located on a first floor, meter and side street parking available.

Monday – Thursday: $499.00
Friday: $799.00
Saturday: $899.00
Sunday: $799.00 plus tax and 20% gratuity

Additional setup time can be arranged for an hourly fee of $59.00 an hour. – If you want more time its $159.00 per hour before midnight, $199.00 per additional hour after midnight – $300.00 Deposit required at time of reservation. Street & meter parking is available throughout the area.

Linens are not included.

Buffet Package

Love our food and don’t want the hassle of cooking we can help. There is no room rental fee but to reserve this package you’ll need to have 45 ppl or more. The food buffet package is $19.99 per person plus tax and 20% gratuity. Our delicious buffet  includes yellow rice, black beans, sweet plantains or peppers and onions, romaine lettuce, crunchy corn chips, corn tortillas and 2 meats. You can choose from chicken, steak, or pulled pork.

Bar & Liquor Service

We offer full bar and liquor service packages for your party. Our liquor package is $35 per person and it includes open bar service for 4 hours. Please note there is a limit on what types liquors are served and there is a total dollar amount cap on orders.

We Also offer BYOB (bring your own bottle) There is a cork fee $10 per case of 24 beers, $10 per wine bottle, $15 per liquor bottle. In addition, all guests must be of legal drinking age and your host will monitor this activity.
